Further to the announcement of Lesjӧfors’ 51% purchase of the shares in International Industrial Springs (IIS), Lesjӧfors is delighted to announce that it has now closed the transaction.

Following our previous communications regarding the fire at the Lesjöfors manufacturing site in Åminnefors, Finland (operated by Oy Lesjöfors AB), we now have an update on the situation.

Two students are mapping Lesjӧfors’s climate reduction journey as part of their thesis.

An inspection is ongoing to evaluate the full extent of the damage, in close collaboration with the rescue services and insurance companies.
